About The Founder

I am Lesia Van Syckle, founder of Coffee Cohorts. Coffee Cohorts is a coaching program designed to be a supportive "small group" community for women.  I have a passion to walk alongside you as I share multiple themes and practices that will create JOY, PASSION, ENTHUSIASM,  and finding your way to create and LIVE the life you dream of! 

 

I am a mom of two.  Garth is 19 who is in a local apprentice program.  Haley is 25 and is a graduate of ODU.  She was married during "COVID" to Tyler !! I LOVE being a mom!  I have enjoyed each season; the ones where I was needed abundantly and those where I am needed less.

Owen and I have been married for almost 28 years.  We have adventured through owning businesses together as well as working together.  We have learned through these experiences and look forward to days of many more!   In our spare time we love to travel, be outside, cook, and go dancing.   We are so blessed to live close to our family and try to gather as much as possible.
